About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead U.S. growth for an innovative diagnostics organization. This role will drive revenue, lead a national sales team, and expand market presence across healthcare systems and laboratories.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute national sales strategy
- Drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
- Coach and develop a distributed sales team
- Manage key accounts and strategic opportunities
- Oversee pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Strengthen distributor and channel partnerships
What You Bring
- 10+ years in medical diagnostics, IVD, or healthcare sales
- Proven leadership experience with measurable revenue impact
- Strong understanding of hospital and laboratory sales environments
- Experience managing teams and/or distributor networks
- Track record of closing and growing business
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $140,000 – $180,000
- On-Target Earnings: $220,000 – $300,000+
- Performance-based incentives
