General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience leading high-volume, upscale, full-service restaurant operations
- Oversee both FOH and BOH teams, ensuring quality food, beverage, and service standards
- Manage all aspects of daily operations including staffing, inventory, scheduling, and compliance
- Lead P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and labor optimization
- Build and develop high-performing teams through recruiting, training, and mentorship
- Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with culinary and bar leadership to ensure excellence in every guest experience
- Engage with guests regularly, addressing feedback and building lasting relationships
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations
