Facilities Support – HVAC & Refrigeration Technician
A leading hospitality facilities services provider is expanding and seeking experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Technicians to support a network of busy restaurants across the region. HVAC & Refrigeration Technician Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC/Refrigeration experience
- EPA Universal certification
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Reliable, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset
- Willingness to learn and assist with additional facilities trades as needed
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
HVAC & Refrigeration Technician Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems including walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, and rooftop units
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot a range of restaurant equipment
- Cross-train and support teammates across disciplines to ensure seamless operations
- Accurately document all work performed through a digital work order system
- Partner with restaurant managers and facilities leadership to minimize equipment downtime and maintain high brand standards
