This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role at a high-volume, multi-level restaurant with strong brand recognition and a passionate team. The environment is fast-paced, energetic, and focused on delivering both exceptional food and memorable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all kitchen operations in a high-volume, scratch-kitchen environment

• Oversee food quality, consistency, and execution across all service periods

• Manage food cost, labor, and overall kitchen financial performance

• Drive team development through hiring, training, and mentorship

• Maintain inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

• Contribute to menu development and seasonal culinary creativity

• Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve operations and guest experience

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of Executive Chef or senior kitchen leadership experience

• Proven success in high-volume, full-service restaurant environments

• Strong food cost and labor management experience

• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing teams

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting

• Experience with menu development and maintaining consistent execution

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• A hospitality-driven mindset with attention to detail and accountability
