A family-oriented hospitality group seeks a hands-on Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations in Savannah, Georgia.
Executive Chef Compensation & Benefits:
- Strong Base Salary from 80-85K DOE
- Performance Bonuses

Executive Chef Job Requirement:
- Actively cooking, hands-on Executive Chef with a supportive kitchen presence
- Experience in high-volume, multi-revenue operations
- Background in catering, hotel, or stadium-style environments with orchestration across venues
- Minimum 3+ years in a Sous Chef or Executive Chef position
- Proven ability to build systems, consistency, and great menus
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a servant-leader approach
- Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments
- A working chef who can develop the team
- Full accountability for COGS, labor, training, and team development
- Forward-thinking culinary vision with a passion for quality and cleanliness
- Able to work as a team with leadership
