Preschool Teacher (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do
- Create a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
- Lead daily activities, lessons, and routines for preschool-aged children
- Communicate with parents in a professional and caring manner
- Manage classroom behavior with confidence and consistency
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Work closely with a team to ensure consistency and care
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in childcare, preschool, or early childhood education preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability (attendance and consistency are critical)
- Warm, patient, and engaging personality
- Ability to manage a classroom independently
- Strong communication skills with both children and parents
- Someone who takes pride in their work and shows up fully each day
This Role May Not Be a Fit If You’re Looking For
- A flexible or part-time schedule
- A low-responsibility or “easy” childcare role
- Remote or hybrid work
Compensation & Benefits
- $17–20/hour (based on experience)
- Free childcare for full-time employees
- 50% healthcare coverage after 90 days
- PTO (accrued from day one, available after 90 days)

- Full-time, consistent schedule
