Luxury Resort General Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a General Manager for a multi-faceted Luxury resort
- High level of financial acumen and responsibility
- Experience with Full Service Spa
- Experience with full-service restaurants
- Experience with destination locations preferred
- Experience with condo hotels and property management required
- Transformational and collaborative leadership style
Luxury Resort General Manager Responsibilities;
- Manage team members with respect, integrity, and consistency
- Recruit, train, and hire top-quality candidates for leadership and hourly positions
- Work with ownership and stakeholders to create dynamic experiences and unique offerings
- Ensure the financial performance of the property
- Foster a positive culture of continuous professional development and career growth
