Culinary Director
$120–140K + Bonus | Comprehensive Benefits
We’re seeking a Culinary Director to lead quality, consistency, and team development across a growing, multi-unit QSR business.
This is a key leadership role at an exciting stage of growth—ideal for someone who can bring structure, strong standards, and hands-on leadership while protecting a culture-driven environment.
You’ll partner closely with Operations and R&D to ensure every location executes at a consistently high level.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and scale a QA program across all locations
- Build training programs and SOPs that drive consistency
- Support new store openings from pre-open through stabilization
- Partner with Operations to identify gaps and improve execution
- Develop leaders who can uphold standards and drive accountability
- Ensure smooth rollout and execution of new menu items
What We’re Looking For
- Multi-unit culinary leadership experience (QSR / fast casual preferred)
- Strong background in food quality, safety, and standardization
- Hands-on, field-driven leader who builds systems that last
- Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-first approach
