Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in fast casual, or similar high-volume restaurants
- New Restaurant Opening Experience as a manager
- Proven experience managing P&L, labor, and operational budgets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Exceptional financial and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Motivated, proactive, and fully committed to operational excellence
- Must have Good Tenure
General Manager Duties:
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive, accountable culture
- Own financial performance, including labor, food, and operational costs
- Monitor operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with policies
- Deliver a consistent, exceptional guest experience and address concerns promptly
- Drive sales growth through promotions, marketing initiatives, and community engagement
- Assist with strategic planning and potential multi-unit expansion opportunities
