Your Mission:
- Lead and inspire the entire restaurant team — front and back of house
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and labor management
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle issues with professionalism
- Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and brand presentation
- Drive sales, monitor budgets, and maximize restaurant performance

What You Bring:
- 3+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
- MUST come from a restaurant with full service bar operations
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Passion for hospitality and leading by example
