We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Landscaping Maintenance Division Manager to lead our maintenance operations across both commercial and residential properties. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on managing teams, ensuring high-quality service, and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will oversee crews, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure that properties look their absolute best year-round—including coordinating snow removal during the winter months.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the landscaping maintenance division, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
- Train, mentor, and manage maintenance crews to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient work
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for mowing, pruning, fertilization, irrigation, and seasonal services
- Manage division budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize operational efficiency
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure service quality and client satisfaction
- Maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and providing proactive solutions
- Plan and oversee seasonal projects and snow removal operations
- Collaborate with sales, design, and operations teams to support growth and retention
- Track and measure team performance using KPIs for productivity, quality, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing landscape maintenance operations, including large teams and multiple properties
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, horticulture, irrigation, and seasonal care
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and operational efficiency
- Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
- Strong focus on client service and relationship management
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties
