We are seeking a Landscaping Account Manager to oversee both commercial and residential accounts while delivering exceptional guest service. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality landscape maintenance, and coordinating crews to keep properties looking their best year-round. During the winter months, this position will also assist in managing snow removal crews and operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts
- Maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients
- Conduct property visits to ensure quality and service standards
- Coordinate landscaping crews and schedules
- Assist in managing snow removal crews during winter weather events
Qualifications
- Experience in landscaping, property management, or account management preferred
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Experience coordinating snow removal operations is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
