UPSCALE RESTAURANT MANAGER
This high-end, well-known, and established Nashville Restaurant Group is seeking refined and polished Front of House Restaurant Managers who are looking to grow their career with our exciting and innovative upscale to fine dining concepts. UPSCALE RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess true hospitality and a people-first mindset
- High volume experience is a must
- Wine knowledge and education highly preferred
- History of professional fine dining and/or upscale dining
- Proven history of accomplishment and leadership
UPSCALE RESTAURANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages all FOH operations and service
- Product knowledge expert including all concept food and beverage
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to train, manage, and lead
- Addresses opportunities quickly and decisively
- Provides feedback and holds team members accountable
