Qualifications
- Property and Casualty insurance license
- One (1) year of experience in customer service or administrative support
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn
- Be intuitive and resourceful
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Be a great team player
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner
- Provide service to existing clients related to updating policies, providing quotes, taking payments, answering questions, providing documentation
- Answer customer calls and correspondence regarding new or existing insurance policies
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken in the agency management system
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
