- 8+ years of experience in real estate brokerage or related sales leadership
- Demonstrated track record as a high-producing real estate professional or sales manager
- Proven experience coaching or managing agents within a brokerage environment
- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills
- Ability to build systems, structure, and accountability within a growing team
- Licensed real estate broker or salesperson in New York

- Step in to support agents in complex negotiations and protect commissions
- Recruit and onboard experienced agents, fostering a culture of performance and accountability
- Implement systems and processes to create a scalable and repeatable sales organization
