We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to help drive sales and elevate the visual presence of our luxury boutique hotel. This role will focus on creating compelling marketing materials, including updated brochures, sales collateral, and digital assets that reflect the sophistication and experience of a boutique hospitality brand.
This is a hybrid position offering the flexibility to work from home with occasional on-site collaboration as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- $25 per hour
- 50% employer-paid medical benefits
- Flexible hybrid work schedule (remote with some on-site work in the Orlando metro area)
Key Responsibilities
- Design and update hotel brochures, sales collateral, and marketing materials
- Develop visual assets for digital marketing, social media, and email campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to produce materials that drive bookings and revenue
- Refresh existing creative to better reflect the luxury boutique hotel experience
- Prepare files for print and digital distribution
Qualifications
- Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within hospitality, travel, or luxury brands
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, brochure design, and marketing collateral
- Excellent attention to detail and typography/layout skills
- Understanding of boutique hotel aesthetics and hospitality marketing
- Must be local to the Orlando Metro area
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
Preferred
- Experience working with hotel, resort, or hospitality brands
- Familiarity with print production and marketing campaign design
