Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years of recent General Manager experience in full-service dining
- STRONG Leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid food handler’s certificate.
- Knowledge of local state, & federal health and safety codes
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Drive restaurant operations, financial, and marketing projects and goals
- Hire, train, motivate, coach & developing staff
- Ensure quality of food and service to every guest
- Financials, P&L, and cost management
- Uphold brand standards in all departments
