Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish
- 2+ years as a chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Scratch cooking experience
- Basic understanding of food costs and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Solid tenure (no job hoppers)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Coach, train, and develop kitchen staff
- Assist with inventory control, food cost management, and kitchen organization
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
