Now Hiring: Pediatric Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
In-Office | New Urgent Care Facility | New York Licensed
We are partnered with a growing regional healthcare organization opening a new urgent care facility in Manhattan. They are seeking a Pediatric PA or NP to provide high-quality care in a fully in-office setting.
This is a strong opportunity to step into a well-supported, fast-paced environment while helping build a pediatric-focused urgent care presence across Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of pediatric urgent and primary care conditions
- Perform age-appropriate exams, assessments, and minor procedures
- Prescribe medications in accordance with New York State regulations
- Escalate care or refer to specialists/emergency services as needed
- Deliver compassionate, family-centered care in a high-volume setting
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Meet productivity, quality, and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active New York Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
- Active Medicare Provider ID (required at time of hire)
- Minimum 1+ year of pediatric clinical experience (urgent care or primary care preferred)
Preferred
- DEA license in good standing
- Experience in pediatric urgent care or high-volume environments
- Strong communication skills with both patients and families
