Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Benefits & Compensation
- End-of-year bonus up to 5% of base pay
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, in-office

Customer Service Representative Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience managing complex or high-value B2B accounts
- Proficiency with ERP and customer service platforms (NetSuite experience preferred)
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented, professional, and dependable with a customer-first mindset
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
