We are seeking a highly – motivated, driven Inside Sales Representative. This role is 100% on-site and requires someone who is extremely detail – oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high – accountability sales setting.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage potential clients within healthcare, ambulatory care, and senior living markets.
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, CRM follow‑ups) in a BDR ‑ style sales model.
- Qualify leads and identify opportunities aligned with company
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting within CRM (HubSpot preferred).
- Support sales pipeline development and handoffs to senior sales or account executives.
Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Healthcare and / or Senior Living.
- exposure to BDR – style selling, technology, or professional services environments.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and CRM platforms.
