Vice President Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial or B2B capital equipment sales, with a proven record of exceeding targets
- Minimum 5+ years in a senior sales leadership or management position
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred
- Prior experience selling CNC machine tools, grinding machines, or related precision manufacturing equipment
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools for effective decision-making
- Ability to understand technical specifications and communicate value to engineering and procurement audiences
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings, trade shows, and internal team activities

Vice President Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals in the precision grinding machinery industry
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-state sales and operating team across sales, operations, service, and support functions
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors; manage major accounts and strategic opportunities
- Oversee sales forecasting, set KPIs, manage departmental budgeting, and report performance to executive leadership and the board
- Optimize sales processes, implement best practices, and ensure effective pipeline management
- Design and deliver sales training programs to equip the team for complex equipment and technical solution sales
