Assistant Payroll Manager Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for assigned and additional properties
- Review and verify timecards, tip reports, and leave requests
- Conduct internal audits and general ledger reconciliations
- Post payroll-related journal entries (e.g., benefits, accruals)
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and staff inquiries
Assistant Payroll Manager Requirements
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Prior payroll experience required; multi-entity or hospitality a plus
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
