We’re seeking an experienced Fine Dining General Manager to lead a high-performing, guest-obsessed team in an upscale, full-service steakhouse environment. If you thrive on high standards, exceptional hospitality, and developing great people, this role is for you.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- 3+ years as a Restaurant General Manager in upscale or fine dining full-service with extensive cocktail and wine program
- Success managing annual revenues exceeding $5,000,000
- Proven success hiring, training, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams
- Strong command of service standards, service recovery, and peak shift leadership
- Financial acumen across labor planning, cost control, and KPI management
- Excellent communication, organization, and professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day operations and deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable managers and hourly teams
- Drive training and execution of fine-dining service standards and hospitality behaviors
- Manage labor, controllables, and performance against business targets
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and applicable regulations
