Fine Dining Restaurant Manager Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provide hands on FOH leadership to Resort Fine Dining Restaurant
- Train, coach, mentor FOH team and lead by example to ensure excellent guest service.
- Maintains effective communications within and between departments to ensure proper servicing of guests' expectations.
- 3 years of upscale Restaurant Management experience. Prefer a level One Somm is similar experience.
- Experience with upscale restaurant steps of service.
- Experience and Knowledge with Wine service , wine knowledge and craft cocktails
- Familiar with food and beverage systems and controls
- Excellent communication, hospitality, and planning skills
