Mid-Level Litigation Attorney-Remote (U.S.)
Seeking a mid-level litigation attorney to join a remote team handling complex state and federal litigation, including securities, regulatory, and commercial matters. This role offers substantive responsibility and hands-on case involvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage matters across all phases of litigation
- Draft motions (motions to dismiss, summary judgment, etc.)
- Take and defend depositions
- Support securities, financial services, and commercial litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience with depositions and motion practice
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
- Comfortable working full-time in a remote environment
