We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join the culinary team of a chef-driven, upscale restaurant in Midtown Atlanta. This is an opportunity to lead and execute a refined dessert program in a kitchen that values precision, technique, and consistency.
What You’ll Do
- Execute and maintain a high-quality dessert program
- Collaborate with culinary leadership on seasonal dessert development
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all services
- Manage pastry prep, organization, and execution
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Assist in training and mentoring pastry team members as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in pastry roles within upscale or fine dining kitchens
- Strong foundation in classic and modern pastry techniques
- High attention to detail and execution standards
- Ability to work within a structured, chef-driven environment
- Calm, professional demeanor during service
