Restaurant Sous Chef Responsibilities
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team
- Maintain a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on daily operations and menu initiatives
- Oversee consistent quality, pacing, and presentation during service
Restaurant Sous Chef Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a quality-driven kitchen
- Proven ability to lead by example and communicate with clarity and respect
- Professionalism, composure, and a collaborative spirit
- A genuine passion for food, people, quality, and lifting up the team around you
