Director of Food and Beverage Qualifications:
- 3+ years as director of food and beverage in a Hotel / Resort environment
- 5+ years of leadership in high-end restaurants or Hotels / Resorts
- Excellent financial acumen and proven history of financial management
- Professional and personable guest-facing character
- Experience with banquets, catering, and property buy-outs
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with others
- Sommelier certification preferred
Director of Food and Beverage Responsibilities:
- Manage the food and beverage teams with integrity and consistency
- Create menus, specials, and dynamic programming that is inspired and creative
- Collaborate with the sales department on buyouts and special events
- Create budgets and forecasts that are financially sound
- Other duties as assigned
