We are looking for an Executive Sous Chef who will complement the leadership and style of our Executive Chef. We are looking for someone who is highly creative, versatile in the kitchen, and agile with multi-tasking. Classic culinary knowledge is required and formal education is highly preferred. Candidates must have experience in Luxury Hotels and in Michelin-rated restaurants.

Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 2+ years as Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef in a Luxury Hotel Environment
- 3+ years in a culinary leadership role in a Michelin-rated restaurant
- 10+ years of culinary experience with progressive leadership roles
- Expert knowledge of culinary fundamentals and classic preparations
- Agile and nimble on their feet, able to prepare food without a recipe or extraneous guidance
Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Manage the culinary team with integrity and consistency
- Create recipes and standardize preparations
- Manage labor and food cost according to budget
- Collaborate with hotel leadership on culinary vision for the property
- Ensure timely and accurate execution in outlets and with banquets
- Other duties as assigned
