We are seeking a results-driven, hunter-focused Business Development Manager to grow revenue and expand market presence in Land Reclamation with inert materials.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $100,000
- Quarterly Bonus Plan & Performance Incentives (uncapped potential)

Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven success in outside sales, business development, or account management with measurable results
- Exceptional ability to prospect, cold call, follow up, and close deals independently
- Comfortable working in blue-collar, field-driven environments, including early mornings and job site visits
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented — thrives under minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with inert materials
- Strong understanding of contractor operations, field realities, and decision-making processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with crew leads, owners, and executives alike
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
- Results-driven mindset with a proven work ethic
- CRM experience preferred
- Passion for sustainability, land reclamation, and environmental solutions
- Chemistry background is a plus
