Sous Chef Benefits & Compensation:
- $65,000–$75,000 salary

Sous Chef Requirements:
- 2+ years as a Sous Chef or in a comparable leadership role
- Upscale or fine dining experience required; Italian cuisine background preferred with a passion for Italian food essential
- High-volume experience handling 800–1,000 covers per night and $8M–$10M in annual sales
- Skilled in scheduling, ordering, and inventory control
- Stable work history with open availability
Sous Chef Must Haves:
- Lead, train, and inspire kitchen staff in a high-performance environment
- Consistently execute dishes to exacting standards during peak service
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menus and specials
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage labor and food costs while upholding quality
Sous Chef Preferred:
- Experience in scratch kitchens with complex menus
- Knowledge of authentic Italian cooking techniques
- ServSafe or equivalent certification
- Background in opening restaurants and implementing systems
