Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service, high-volume, bar-centric restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and scratch kitchen operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financials
- Hands-on, servant leader mindset with a passion for hospitality
- Flexibility, patience, and a willingness to learn encouraged
