Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume environment
- Proven drive-thru leadership experience (required)
- Strong background in inventory control, cost management, and sales growth
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to set and maintain high standards
- Demonstrated integrity, discipline, and respect in all aspects of leadership
Restaurant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on service excellence and results
- Develop, coach, and manage a team to exceed performance expectations
- Oversee inventory control and cost management to meet profitability goals
- Foster a positive team culture centered on guest satisfaction and employee engagement
- Drive sales and deliver an exceptional guest experience at all touchpoints, including the drive-thru
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
