Our growing restaurant group is looking for a dynamic and high-energy Bar Manager for our high-end restaurant concept. The menu is from scratch and features many locally sourced items. This candidate must be an expert at hiring and training staff, people development, managing inventory, and controlling costs.
Bar Manager Requirements
- Manage Inventory and all related systems
- Manage Beverage and Labor Costs
- Train, coach, and develop hourly team members and drive sales
- Lead the team in Craft cocktail menu development and training
- Build regular guests and clientele by delivering a premium experience
Bar Manager Qualifications
- 4+ years of upscale restaurant Manager experience
- Tenure of 2+ years
- Ability to build relationships with vendors
- Understand a P&L and daily administration
- Have a guest-first attitude and drive the team to have the same attitude
