HR Business Partner – Stamford, CT
A global consumer products organization with a strong legacy and international reach is looking for an HR Business Partner to lead HR for its U.S. operations. HR Business Partner Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in the U.S.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance
- Experience supporting commercial, sales, or operational teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Expertise in managing performance reviews and compensation cycles
HR Business Partner Preferred Background & Skills
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (experience with HiBob a plus)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and organizational skills
- Experience working independently and balancing strategic initiatives with daily execution
HR Business Partner Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers across U.S. operations
- Support organization design, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR compliance and strong documentation
- Manage performance management cycles, compensation reviews, and leadership development
- Oversee employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and drive engagement efforts
- Lead HR projects such as process improvements and HRIS optimization
- Collaborate with global HR and operational teams to align with company values and strategies
