Key Industry Manager – fully remote!
This role requires experience in selling into or working in operations in power generation, coal, biomass, cement, paper and pulp, etc.
We are seeking a Key Industry Manager to lead business development and sales growth in the power generation sector. You will be building strong relationships with maintenance, engineering, and purchasing teams to deliver tailored wear and maintenance solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and expand accounts in the power generation industry
- Identify customer pain points and provide consultative solutions
- Manage a sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
- Provide technical and application support in wear management solutions
- Represent the company at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of sales or technical sales, ideally in power generation, maintenance, or reliability engineering
- Strong knowledge of coal or biomass operations, cement, or paper/pulp
- Consultative sales approach with ability to build trust quickly
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort with wear, welding, and repair technologies
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
Compensation
- Base salary $110,000–$130,000 + monthly commission
