A fast-growing wellness and nutrition company, recognized as a top seller on major e-commerce platforms. As they expand the B2B division, they are seeking a strategic and driven International Sales Manager to architect and lead its global distribution network. This is a foundational role where you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and nurturing long-term partnerships with international distributors and key agents. Your primary mission will be to establish our brand as a premier ingredient supplier in new and existing markets across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to penetrate international markets through a network of distributors.
- Prospect, qualify, negotiate with, and onboard new international distribution partners.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for our international distributor network, ensuring they are equipped for success with training, marketing materials, and technical support.
- Manage the entire sales cycle for the distribution channel, from initial contact to contract signing and ongoing account management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for product expansion and market entry.
- Represent the company at international trade shows and industry events.
- Collaborate internally with supply chain and logistics to ensure seamless international order fulfillment.
- Ultimately, you will build the framework for our international sales team as the division grows.
Benefits/Compensation:
- Base Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year (commensurate with experience).

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in international B2B sales, specifically within ingredient supply, raw materials, or chemical distribution.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, onboarding, and managing international distributors or agents.
- Deep understanding of the logistics, regulations, and cultural nuances of international B2B trade.
- Results-oriented with exceptional negotiation and contract closing skills.
- Self-driven and highly organized, capable of managing a complex sales pipeline across multiple time zones independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept at building trust and lasting partnerships remotely.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a Wholesale or International Sales Manager role within the nutrition, supplement, or food ingredient industry.
- Purchasing, sourcing, or formulation experience on the manufacturer side.
- An existing network of contacts among international supplement or food ingredient distributors.
- A proven annual sales record exceeding $1M in international B2B sales.
- A true entrepreneurial mindset, with an interest in building processes, strategies, and eventually, a team.
