Looking for a Sales Director based in Southern Michigan. This position will require a hands-on Sales leader that will take full ownership of the sales cycle. This position will focus on Inside and outside sales with about 25% travel (some overnights).
Sales Director Responsibilities:
· Responsible for both upside Sales numbers and margin responsibility.
· Sales planning and implementation of sales activities.
· Maintain and increase current accounts through relationship building.
· Collaborate and lead independent sales reps.
· Preparing quotes and proposals for current and prospective clients.
· Acquiring new accounts
· Overseeing marketing initiatives, i.e. presentation at trade shows.
· Manage and document sales activity using CRM software.

Sales Director Qualifications
· 3+ years of b2b light industrial sales.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Good customer service skills / Positive Attitude and energy.
· Bachelor’s degree in business or comparable training or experience.
· Good knowledge of an ERP and CRM system.
