We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a background in Transmission and Distribution to support the planning, design, and execution of electric utility infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on critical system upgrades and capital projects that ensure the safe, reliable delivery of power while collaborating with cross-functional engineering, planning, and construction teams.
Electrical Engineer Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range of $110,000 – $125,000, commensurate with experience

Electrical Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Experience supporting transmission and/or distribution system planning or design
- Working knowledge of overhead transmission line engineering; underground experience a plus
- Familiarity with utility standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with engineering design tools, CAD software, and MS Office
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required
Electrical Engineer Responsibilities:
- Support planning, design, and engineering of transmission and distribution line projects
- Collaborate with asset management, field planners, project managers, and external partners
- Develop and maintain engineering drawings, standards, and technical documentation
- Provide technical guidance throughout the lifecycle of capital projects
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and material planning for assigned projects
- Review contractor and consultant engineering work for quality and compliance
- Provide field support during construction and commissioning activities as needed
