Sales Executive – Greater Boston, MA

Sales Executive Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- High-energy, personable, and self-motivated
- Demonstrated hunter mentality and strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Proven ability to independently manage client relationships
Sales Executive Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience selling to commercial real estate, large residential groups, towns, or colleges is a plus
- Industry experience in cleaning, restoration, or professional services considered an asset, but not required
Sales Executive Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Build and deepen relationships with commercial and large residential real estate clients in the greater Boston area
- Proactively source and close new business opportunities through networking and outreach
- Manage a blend of inherited accounts and prospects to grow your book of business
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service to clients
- Balance time on the road with periodic in-office meetings
