District Manager – Corporate Dining & Catering (Bay Area, CA)
Location: Bay Area, CA (Northern CA preferred; regional travel required)
Compensation: $170,000 – $185,000 base + annual bonus + equity
Travel: California regional travel (including overnight travel)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced District Manager to lead a large, multi-client corporate dining and catering portfolio across Northern and Southern California. This role oversees a diverse group of corporate accounts and plays a key role in driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and elevating operational standards throughout the region.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a hands-on operator with strong financial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to lead teams at varying levels of experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop 12+ General Managers and Food Service Directors across California
- Own full P&L responsibility for a $30M+ regional portfolio with growth expectations.
- Drive consistency and performance across diverse corporate dining environments.
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Support business development and new client acquisition efforts
- Travel regularly throughout Northern and Southern California
What We’re Looking For
- Senior multi-site leadership experience in corporate dining, contract foodservice, catering, or hospitality
- Proven ownership of large, multi-site P&Ls ($20M+)
- Strong people leadership skills across varied management levels
- Client-facing confidence and professional presence
- Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams
- Willingness to travel regionally and support growth initiatives
