Executive Pastry Chef
Seeking an Executive Pastry Chef for this luxury off-site catering operation. work. The Executive Pastry Chef will work collaboratively as a team to exceed the expectations of clients and guests, while fostering an atmosphere of personal and professional satisfaction for our employees. This role supports the Executive Chef in overseeing all pastry and bakery-relate production.

Executive Pastry Chef Responsibilities
- Design and execute innovative, high-quality pastry and bakery menus that deliver exceptional client experiences and align with documented standards
- Oversee daily pastry production for all catering and off-premise operations, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely execution
- Manage food operations with strict adherence to sanitation, safety, and quality standards, including tastings and signature items
- Lead food procurement efforts, including vendor approval, ordering, inventory control, cost monitoring, and FIFO practices
- Supervise, coach, and develop pastry staff while collaborating closely with the Executive Chef, sales, and event teams for seamless execution
Executive Pastry Chef Qualifications
- Extensive experience in a high-end or luxury culinary environment with a strong pastry focus
- Formal training from a respected culinary or pastry institution
- Proven ability to manage, train, and lead a large culinary team
- Strong knowledge of food products, baking techniques, and quality control standards
- Excellent communication, time management, problem-solving, and customer service skills
