Kitchen Manager Benefits & Compensation

Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Lead, train, and mentor the BOH team, ensuring efficient operations and high food quality.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and food costs to ensure profitability and waste control.
- Effectively manage labor costs by creating efficient schedules, monitoring staffing needs, and controlling overtime.
- Manage kitchen staff scheduling, performance, and development.
- Work closely with FOH leadership to ensure seamless service and communication.
Kitchen Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar culinary leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop kitchen staff.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and health codes.
