We have an immediate opening for a Healthcare Recruiter. If you have experience in high volume recruiting in the healthcare sector we want to talk to you. Salary range $55,000 to $65,000 and we offer great benefits. This is a fully remote position.
HEALTHCARE RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance for all non-physician roles.
● Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates using various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, career fairs, and direct outreach.
● Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens, evaluate resumes, and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
● Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
● Minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of success in non-physician recruitment in a high volume setting.
● Experience recruiting for healthcare administrative/support roles is highly desirable.
● Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
● Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). ADP and LinkedIn and other recruiting software
