Director of Operations Requirements:
- 5 years experience as GM or higher
- Ability to lead our store in all operations, financials, and in mentoring a team
- Must be willing to work late nights, weekends and holidays as needed. This is a hands-on position.
- Possess a great leadership personality, and have the ability to motivate a team
- Experience leading in a restaurant with live entertainment such as performers, dancers, bands, etc
Director of Operations Responsibilities:
- Increase check average
- Increase online ratings
- Grow business on targeted shifts
- Train upselling techniques to staff
- Work in concert with ownership and entire team to improve the guest experience and bottom line
