Director of Manufacturing Requirements & Qualifications
Must Haves:
- Senior manufacturing or plant leadership experience
- Oversight of multi-department operations including machining and assembly
- Proven turnaround or change management experience
- Production planning with labor and efficiency focus
- KPI ownership tied to utilization, efficiency, and on-time delivery
- Quality, safety, and compliance leadership
- Budget management and cost control experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Day-to-Day Focus:
- Improve build efficiency and reduce labor hours
- Implement and track manufacturing KPIs
- Drive quality and safety standards
- Lead, develop, and hold teams accountable
Director of Manufacturing Preferred Background & Skills
- Capital equipment or OEM manufacturing experience
- Lean or continuous improvement exposure
- Master’s degree
- Strong change leadership and communication skills
