Our client, a growing and well-established plaintiff-side law firm, is seeking a skilled Pre-Litigation Attorney to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact employment and consumer cases, helping to protect employee rights while gaining hands-on experience with a respected litigation team handling cases across California.
Pre-Litigation Attorney Benefits and Compensation:
• Competitive base salary: $110,000 – $160,000 per year, depending on experience

Pre-Litigation Attorney Requirements & Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California
• 1–5 years of experience in employment law, labor law, or related litigation fields
• Ability to assess new client intakes and evaluate potential claims for liability and damages
• Experience drafting or preparing initial legal documents such as complaints, PAGA notices, and supporting materials
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients and collaborate with colleagues
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Pre-Litigation Attorney Preferred Background & Skills:
• Prior experience working on wage-and-hour, discrimination, or class action matters
• Passion for employee rights, social justice, and client advocacy in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
