- Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service or upscale concept
- Fluent in Spanish and English — essential for leading our diverse team and connecting authentically with staff and guests
- A hands-on, results-driven leader with charisma and an ownership mindset
- Strong background in scratch-kitchen operations
- Blend of independent and polished corporate restaurant experience preferred
- Solid tenure and a track record of delivering excellence
