Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–8 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in outside sales
- Strong “hunter” mentality with demonstrated drive to seek and win new business
- Ability to independently manage clients and sales processes
- Professional, reliable, and polished presentation
- Must reside within commuting distance to Marlborough, MA office
- Skilled in consultative sales, asking open-ended questions, and understanding client needs
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Proactively source and develop new business leads within assigned territory
- Conduct in-person client meetings, presentations, and solution consultations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients
- Collaborate with account managers and support teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Meet or exceed established sales and activity targets
